Friday Follies.

I've been tagged by Melissa.

Apparently I need to give eight habits or facts about myself that people might not know.So, here goes...

1. Fact: One month after getting my drivers license I crashed into Perkins restaurant. I was pulling into a parking spot and another car was close behind. That car barely tapped me but it was enough for me to hit the gas and go through the glass front entry way. The sad thing about it is I honestly contemplated driving away. (As if they wouldn't have caught the 16 year old driving the Buick with the newspaper machine stuck on the hood?)

2. Habit: Though I try to be diligent about time and getting out the door, I tend to always be running, just a little bit late.

3. Habit: Part of that might be because I have a really hard time leaving the house if certain things aren't done: dishes in the dishwasher, bed made, laundry in the basement.

4. Fact: I do at least one load of a laundry a day. Every once in awhile I won't and then I spent three days straight doing laundry so I'd rather do a little every day.

5. Fact: I really really really love the start of fall and a new school year. More to come on this next week but school supply shopping and just getting organized makes me feel on top of my game.

6. Habit: I was a thumb sucker until the 4th grade. I only sucked my thumb at bedtime and I "plucked" the sheet as well. My parents finally bribed me to stop, and lucky for them (and me) it worked.

7. Habit: I spend between 2 and 3 hours (on average) on the phone every day. I'm not kidding.

8. Fact: I eat more like a child than my children do. I'm very picky.
