My Marathon.

To the man seated directly in front of E on the flight from Norfolk to Baltimore,

I am so sorry that my 20 month old kicked you seat the entire flight. There was no way to keep her feet off of your seat because of her carseat being so high. Thanks for being a sport.

To the man seated directly behind E on the flight from Norfolk to Baltimore,

Thank you.

When I kept apologizing to the man in front of E, you chuckled and told me to stop apologizing and that I should just bask in the fact that I have beautiful, happy children.

To the flight attendant on the flight from Baltimore to St. Louis,

Telling me the flight is full and that you must take my lap childs car seat and then finding out the flight is in fact not full is not cool.

To the "luckiest man alive" who got seated next to my littles and I on the flight from Baltimore to St. Louis,

Wow.

I bet you had no idea what you were getting into that flight.

You tolerated feet, elbows, candy necklace pieces, a sticky, slobbery ring pop and a constant stream of questions.

Thanks for going with the flow when my son asked me if you were my friend. I hope you understand why I had to say yes.

Also, I will never understand why, when given the option to move, you decided to stay. Good deed of the year?

To the other flight attendant on the flight from Baltimore to St. Louis,

Thanks for understanding when we took not one, not two, but three separate visits to the airplane restroom. When you're 4, a very tiny restroom with blue soap is quite entertaining.

To the girl who sat next to my littles and I on the flight from St. Louis to Minneapolis,

You will never know how much I appreciated the simple fact that you answered my son's many questions about the way the plane works to when we were landing, taking off.

You see, I had already done the question/answer time with him on two previous flights. It was so nice to hold my sleeping babe and put my head back and close my eyes listening to the two of you chitter chatter.

To the flight attendant from St. Louis to Minneapolis,

Thanks for sneaking us some extra snacks.

I needed them.

To my littles,

Thank you for once again being the good little travelers you are.

I felt as though I'd run a marathon by the time we walked into the house Wednesday afternoon but you two did great. Better than great.

I'd pick you to travel with anyday.

My sister is visiting from Denver with her 3 yo and 23 month old. Her flight her sounded alot like yours, so my hat's off to you. I really could just picture you guys.

I have been to Ocean Breeze Waterpark with my kids and thought it was the best time I had ever had at a waterpark. Good choice.

To... the wonderful friend who picked you up at the airport??? You must have published it before you were finished writing it... You can leave out the part of my kids throwing fits all the way home! Just focus on the positives! Ha ha ha
