Blessed.

These are my kids.
This is my life.
I am blessed. Very, very blessed.

This morning we ran a gazillion errands, all the things that make up life, by the end of it when I dropped H off at school, I admit that my patience with him and his sillyness was gone. I'm pretty sure I even snapped at him at one point while on the phone. But this afternoon, after preschool, after talking about the giving tree at school and why it's important for us to buy Christmas gifts for some of the kids on the tree, H told me, in complete seriousness:

"Mama, you are the best thing that ever happened to me."

Did I mention that I am blessed? I am.
